Licence terms
What you get when you buy AiFlow, and what you may do with it.
Last updated 7 August 2026
What you are buying
A perpetual, non-exclusive licence to run AiFlow on infrastructure you control, for the plan tier you purchased. Perpetual means it does not expire. There is no renewal required to keep running the software.
The licence covers the number of production instances stated for your plan. A separate non-production licence for staging is included on paid plans at no cost.
Updates and support
Your plan includes a stated period of updates and support, counted from purchase. When that period ends the software continues to run unchanged. What ends is access to new releases and to support.
Your licence activates AiFlow up to and including a stated major version. Running a later major version requires an upgrade licence, which you buy when it suits you rather than on a schedule we set.
What you may not do
Redistribute, resell, or sublicense AiFlow, except under an Enterprise licence that expressly grants resale rights.
Remove or alter AiFlow branding, except under a plan that includes white labelling.
Circumvent, disable, or reverse engineer the licence verification, or share a licence key outside your organisation.
Operate AiFlow as a shared multi-tenant service for third parties without resale rights.
Verification, and its consequences
Your licence is verified locally by your own deployment using a cryptographic signature. It does not contact us, transmit usage, or require a network connection. An air-gapped deployment works exactly like a connected one.
A direct consequence is that we cannot remotely disable a deployment. Where these terms allow us to revoke a licence, revocation stops future issuance, container image access, and support. It does not and cannot stop software already running. We state this plainly rather than implying an ability we do not have.
If verification fails for any reason, including a clock error or an expired trial, the deployment continues at its previous entitlements for fourteen days while warning prominently, then reverts to the free demo tier. It does not stop.
Refunds
Within thirty days of purchase, for any reason, on request. After thirty days, refunds are at our discretion.
Because a licence cannot be technically recalled, a refund is issued on the understanding that you stop using AiFlow and destroy your licence key. We are relying on you here, and we would rather do that than pretend a kill switch exists.
What we do not warrant
AiFlow is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we are not liable for the behaviour of the third-party services it connects to, including Google Gemini and Twilio, which you contract with directly.
You are responsible for how your agents behave, for the content they are given, and for compliance with the laws that apply to recording, calling, and messaging the people you contact.
