Refund policy

When a refund is available, and why it works differently by payment method.

Last updated 10 August 2026

The thirty day window

Within thirty days of purchase, for any reason, on request. You do not need to justify it, and we do not run a satisfaction survey to talk you out of it. After thirty days, refunds are at our discretion.

Because a licence cannot be technically recalled, a refund is issued on the understanding that you stop using AiFlow and destroy your licence key. We are relying on you here, and we would rather do that honestly than pretend a kill switch exists. This is the same commitment recorded in the licence terms; this page exists to say more about how it actually plays out by payment method.

Card payments, through Paddle

Paddle is the merchant of record for every card payment on this site, so a refund is processed through Paddle back to the card that paid. It typically lands within five to ten business days, depending on your bank rather than on us.

Cryptocurrency payments, through CoinPayments

This is the one genuinely different case, and worth stating plainly rather than glossing over. A cryptocurrency payment is, by the nature of a blockchain, generally irreversible once it confirms. There is no equivalent of a card chargeback we can trigger on your behalf.

Within the thirty day window, a crypto purchase is still eligible under the same terms as a card purchase, we simply cannot reverse the original transaction. Instead, we send the refund as a new payment to a wallet address you provide, in the same cryptocurrency and at the amount agreed, once you have confirmed you have stopped using AiFlow and destroyed your licence key.

If that trade-off is a problem for your situation, paying by card avoids it entirely, and we would rather you knew that before you choose a payment method than after you need a refund.

What a refund does not undo

A refund ends your entitlement to updates and support and asks you to stop running the software. It cannot, and does not attempt to, remove AiFlow from infrastructure you already deployed it to. That is the same limitation the licence terms describe for revocation, for the same reason: verification happens locally, offline, and nothing about this service can reach into your deployment.
