Engineering Engagements

When the base license is only the foundation.

AiFlow is a complete sovereign platform, but complex enterprise systems have bespoke boundaries. We partner with your core engineering teams to build custom MCP servers, private tool integrations, high-availability clusters, and deterministic evaluation harnesses.

Every engagement is custom-scoped and fixed-fee. Scoping honestly means understanding your specific security, latency, and compliance topology.

What we build

Scoped to the systems you already have.

Turnkey delivery by the core engineers who built AiFlow.
  • Tool Forge engagement diagram: schema design, HTTP endpoints and adapters, failure handling, and a test suite
Four fixed steps: schema, endpoints, failure handling, and a test suite you keep.

    Tool Forge

    Fixed Scope

Tools built against the systems only you have.

You have an internal order system, a scheduling engine, or a pricing rulebook the agent needs to reach, and no appetite for writing the integration yourself.

    • Schema design for each action the agent can take
    • The HTTP endpoints, or adapters onto the ones you already have
    • Failure handling, so a downstream outage is a graceful answer rather than a dead call
    • A test suite you keep

Fixed price per tool, usually one to three weeks.

  • MCP Server Studio engagement diagram: safe tool design, MCP endpoints and adapters, OAuth 2.1 consent, and a deployment runbook
One governed MCP surface: safe tool design, OAuth 2.1 consent, and a runbook.

    MCP Server Studio

    Fixed Scope

One protocol endpoint over your internal systems.

You want your agents, and any other client that speaks MCP, to reach internal systems through one governed surface rather than a growing pile of bespoke integrations.

    • An MCP server over the systems you nominate
    • OAuth 2.1 with the scopes and consent model your security team will accept
    • A tool surface designed for a model to use safely, not just an API mirror
    • Deployment onto your infrastructure, and the runbook for it

Scoped engagement, typically four to eight weeks.

    Request Scope →
  • Orchestration Atlas engagement diagram: agent delegation map, boundaries, model selection, and a naming convention
A delegation map drawn before anything is built, with boundaries and ownership.

    Orchestration Atlas

    Fixed Scope

A delegation graph that cannot loop back on itself.

One agent is not enough. You need several, each handing multi-step work to the right Orchestrator, and a design that stays legible as it grows rather than a tangle nobody can trace.

    • A delegation map across your agents and Orchestrators, drawn before anything is built
    • Boundaries for what each Orchestrator is allowed to touch
    • Model selection per Orchestrator, chosen for the job rather than defaulted
    • A naming and ownership convention your team can extend without us

Fixed price, one to two weeks per Orchestrator.

    Request Scope →
  • Agent Atelier engagement diagram: eval suite design, regression runs, persona proof, and handover
The suite this engagement leaves behind: a dataset, a run, and a grade, not a hunch.

    Agent Atelier

    Fixed Scope

A persona that behaves, and a suite that proves it.

The agent works but does not sound like you, or it is right most of the time and you have no way to know when that changes.

    • Persona and instruction design, including the refusals
    • An eval suite built from your real conversations
    • A regression run you can execute before every prompt change
    • Handover so your team can extend it

Two to four weeks, then optional retained tuning.

    Request Scope →
  • Integration Runway engagement diagram: integration design, SSO wiring, webhook and event matching, and a migration plan with rollback
Every webhook this engagement wires up is logged, matched or not.

    Integration Runway

    Fixed Scope

Into the architecture you already have.

AiFlow has to sit alongside an existing CRM, ticketing system, data warehouse, and identity provider, and nobody wants a parallel stack.

    • Integration design across your existing systems
    • SSO against your identity provider
    • Webhook and event wiring into what you already run
    • A migration plan with a rollback at every stage

    Scoped after a discovery week.

    Request Scope →
  • Migration Lane engagement diagram: prompt translation, number porting, a live parallel run, and the resulting cost model
A parallel run against live traffic, with a cost model showing the actual savings.

    Migration Lane

    Fixed Scope

Off the meter, without starting again.

You are on Vapi, Retell, Bland, or Synthflow and want to stop paying per minute.

    • Translation of your existing prompts, flows, and tools
    • Phone number porting or forwarding, planned so nothing drops
    • A parallel run against live traffic before you cut over
    • A cost model showing what the move actually saves at your volume

Fixed price, two to six weeks depending on how many agents.

    Request Scope →
  • Deployment Command engagement diagram: secure install, monitoring and log shipping, high availability, and a handover runbook
Logged and monitored from the first day, not added once something breaks.

    Deployment Command

    Fixed Scope

    Installed, hardened, and handed over.

You bought it and would rather not be the one who learns Docker networking at midnight.

    • Installation on your infrastructure, cloud or on premises
    • TLS, backups, monitoring, and log shipping into what you already use
    • Air-gapped deployment where the environment requires it
    • A high availability design, which is an engineering engagement rather than a setting
    • A runbook and a handover session

Fixed price, one to three weeks.

    Request Scope →
  • AI Residency engagement diagram: ongoing tool and eval updates, deployment health analytics, and rolling monthly hours
Documents re-synced and kept current: the kind of upkeep a retained engineer handles without being asked.

    AI Residency

    Fixed Scope

An engineer who knows your deployment.

You want ongoing capacity rather than a project: new tools as they are needed, evals kept current, and someone who already has the context when something breaks.

    • A named engineer with agreed monthly hours
    • Priority response ahead of the standard queue
    • Quarterly review of prompts, evals, and cost
    • Hours that roll into the next month rather than expiring

    Monthly retainer, three month minimum.

What we will not sell you

High availability is an architecture engagement, not a checkbox.

Several AiFlow instances behind one load balancer, in one region, is supported and is what your plan's instance number licenses. Clustering across geographic regions with active-active state replication is a different problem: it requires deliberate engineering tailored to your database and network topology. We scope that honestly as an architecture engagement rather than selling a hollow checkbox.

Start with a technical conversation.

Tell us what you run today and what is not working. If AiFlow is the wrong fit we will say so, which is cheaper for both of us than finding out later.
